1. Pls make sure the name, address, zip code and Telephone Number are correct.
Russian Buyer: please write your full name of three words;
Brazilian Buyer: please offer us your CPF for shipping;
2. We usually ship via ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, it could avoid Customs Fee but it takes 30- 45 days. If you need the dress urgently, we suggest that you could choose EMS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS shipping, it usually takes 5-7 days.
Customs Tax:
We can declare the item under customer requirement, but buyer is responsible for any additional import duties, taxes or custom related charges.
Return Policy:
1)You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. If the buyer contact us after 3 days and ask for refund, we do not accept.
2) Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors.
3) Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
