A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it’s important to order carefully.
Q: Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?
A: Please note,we have 3 or more dressmaker to measure the dress size before shipped,if the size not same as the details u show us, we will not send it out until same as the details u show us, so the size must be right,if u find the dress doesn’t fit your body,please check the size u show us and measure yourself body,check if u show us correct size;
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A: We could custom make it according to your detailed request if the changed points are workable.There will be certain customer made charge based on the detailed custom made request
Q: Will the dress looks exactly as shown on the pictures?
A: please also note:we just custom the dress according to picture,so it is very difficult making the dress exactly like picture,so,if u just doesn’t like the dress,we can’t accept refund;hope u can understand this, and please read the return policy carefully before order.

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide us with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping, we will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund.
As all of our dresses and clothing is hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one or two inches in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible

– Item cancellation requests received within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
– Item cancellation requests received within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
– Item cancellation requests received more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
