please leave your full name (at least 3 words) , including first name, middle name and last name, otherwise Russian Post will not releases the parcel and return to China !
3:to Brazilian customers
if you want to ship by FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, please tell me your tax number ( CPF or CNPJ ). Without it, customs will return goods to China .
4:to Ukraine, Belarus customers
If you choose to ship by China Post(especially Ukraine, Belarus ), please wait patiently, it is somewhat slow, at least will take about 30 days .
5:to customers from South America
if you have the tax number (such as Argentina, Peru, Colombia ,etc), it will reduce much trouble with customs.
About the shipment
1. Delivery Time:
We can send the parcel by China Registered Mail Post or HongKong Registered Post Air Mail,China express or China EMS ,DHL,FEDEX ,TNT…
China Registered Mail Post or HongKong Registered Post Air Mail,most counry will arrived the parcel in 15-35 business days.
China express or DHL,FEDEX ,TNT most counry will arrived the parcel in 4-8 business days.
EMS shipping usually takes 7-15days working days dependent on the country delivered to.
2. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.
3. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. All the orders usually shipped out within 3 business days on payment receive cleared.
We only ship to the confirmed address provided by aliexpress. Before you pay, please make sure your address in aliexpress matches the address you would like us to ship to.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
