All visitors,
Second shipping to Moscow TVs(using BEO screen) have some problem indeed, but our store never concealed this problem.

1. Shipping damaged: as screen/antenna broken, like this picture(provide by a buyer):
2.This is ONLY one TV’s  one side is light, another side is black. like this picture( (provide by a  buyer
). the core season is that shipping/transportation seperated the mainboard connection cable/line/wire with screen cable. 
3. Near some sides screen(BEO screen) has white light, this is BEO screan’s core problem. We had refunded some money for the buyers with this problem as a compensate, or exchange a new one for them free.  
About above these problem, our store refund some money or exchange a new one for the buyer, But some buyers still give us bad feedback,  We hope all buyers can look at this problem rationally.  We still try to provide good quality but cheap TV later!

Now the shipping/transportation fee of this TV is expensive indeed. because it’s volume/size is very big, all express planes can’t ship this one.It include UPS/TNT/UPS/Fedex. We are looking for a cheap way to ship it. Now we just solve shipping to EU and all over Russian.

The 55 inch screen come from LG brand. recently it is LG. this is a analog+smart TV, it can’t paly DVB-T2/S/C program. 








All interfaces are here! this one can play analog TV, but can’t play digital TV. as DVB-T,DVB-S, DVB-C. if you want play digital TV, you need a TV box.








Digital audio output can connect a audio DAC(2.0 or 5.0 channels), get better sound!

Here will tell you the formation of freight.

1.We shipped from China to Moscow, and then shipped from Moscow to the buyer’s address.

2.It’s price is China local. So it needs much shipping fee in Russian. In other words, this TV’s cost is not $485. It might be 635$ in your country.

3.This is the cheapest transportation route we’ve ever found. If we want to reduce the freight, we can only increase the price of the TV set. The result is the same.


Here, we need to give the detailed description of this 4K TV.

1. This one is HD TV, and HD has two standard. one is 3840*2160, another is 4096×2160. some people said it is UHD. But in TV industry, 4K is 3840*2160 usually.

2. This HD TV has no HDR system.

3. Our TV is not a digital TV. it can’t play these TV turner: DVB-T, DVB-T2, DVB-C, DVB-S2.  But you can use a TV box for it.

4. Some testing apps can't check 4K TV, because of it only can up to 1920*1080(2K), like this!


                                                            About this TV warranty

The warranty period for televisions is 2 years. Within 2 years of purchase, we will provide spare parts for repairs. We can assist with the diagnosis if the television fails, however, we recommend that the purchaser diagnose the problem directly at the local service point.


Because of  the sales quantity reason, we have no power to build after-sales service center in your local. But our products price is more cheaper under the same quality, we are trying to provide better service!
The warranty period for all our items is 2 years. Within 2 years, we can provide repairing parts free. and you needn’t pay the shipping fee from China, there need buyer and seller cooperation of problem fault diagnosis.  After 2 years date, we can provide repairing parts free. But the buyer should pay the shipping fee from China.
