Q 1 : What is your shipping way?
There are three ways of transportation in total. they are DHL , E-packet and China Post Air Mail(DHL as the first logistics delivery, remote areas default China Post Air Mail and E-Packet)
Q 2 : How long can I get my goods after the seller have ship?
It normally takes about 3-7 business days to arrive by DHL, And about 15-30 days to arrive by e-Packet or China Post Air Mail. We can NOT control possible delays caused by your postal service or unforeseen weather conditions.
Q 3 :How about minimum order quantity?
5 yards ,for a single color.
Q 4 :why occasionally appear color mismatch?
Difference in color maybe caused by some reasons, such as light, background or color reflection of the monitor, and so on. Anyway we will do our best to avoid. Hope you understand and cooperation. Thank you very much.
Q 5 :Why did I get the product length less than the description?
Our product are need to dye or print, in order to ensure your health this is done in a high temperature process ,the high temperature will make the fabric shrinkage, so that the fabric is shorter the actual, but don’t worry, we will strive to improve production process.

In most time, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a sample and a low value to avoid the tax.
